May this New Year be filled with health and happiness for you and your family.
A building is just walls, until we fill it with opportunity.
At Kanot Youth Village in Israel, hundreds of vulnerable teens find not just a school, but a second chance. Many come from poverty, trauma, or instability. Kanot gives them safety, support, and the tools to succeed.
Now, a brand-new middle school building has been constructed on campus, designed as a “school for the future”. It’s ready… almost.
To open its doors in September 2025, we need your help to furnish and equip this vital space.
Your donation will help provide:
Every donation is an investment in a young person’s future.
Because it truly takes a village to turn hope into action.

Thank you for joining us in supporting youth in Israel

2024 was a year of hope and prayers for the safe return of our hostages and soldiers. We stood in solidarity with our sisters in Na’amat Israel, working to ensure the safety and well-being of women and children. Their resilience and strength continue to inspire us. We remain committed to this vital work in the future.
Since the 1920s, Na'amat has been at the forefront of championing equality, empowering women to work side by side with men, and uplifting families and communities. Originally known as Pioneer Women, our members were in the fields, factories, and communal kitchens—building a better future for women in Israel, even before the state was founded.
Golda Meir, one of our earliest leaders, embodied the courage and vision that continues to inspire Na'amat today. The name Na'amat—an acronym in Hebrew for the Movement of Working Women and Volunteers—reflects our enduring mission to create positive change.
As the largest women’s movement in Israel, Na'amat sets the standard for advancing human rights and social equality. Na’amat Canada’s impact extends beyond Israel, with projects in Canada designed to help women and children. We are part of a sisterhood with eight other countries that share the common Na’amat vision. Join us in building a world where equality, opportunity, and harmony flourish.
Daycares | Rhodie Centre | Kanot | Ayanot | Technological High Schools
Infants, toddlers, and teens benefit from the educational services that we support. Children suffering from psychosocial issues, from violence in the family or simply unable to succeed in the regular school system thrive in our special settings.
Glickman Centre | Legal Bureaus | Women’s Rights | Scholarships
As champions for women, Na’amat is at the forefront of helping women in need by providing refuge from abusive relationships, a hotline for emergency services, legal aid, and university scholarships.
School Supplies for Kids | Toiletries | Bursaries | Community Connections
Our signature project in Canada is School Supplies for Kids. Since the program's inception in 1998, Na'amat Canada members in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Toronto have worked tirelessly each year to ensure that thousands of children in domestic violence shelters have the supplies they need to succeed in school.
