Vancouver City Highlights

Events

Please mark your calendars for Wednesday November 8, 2017 for a light fun filled evening with food conversation and a Silent Auction.  We will gather to make Granola Bars for the Jewish Food Bank.

Please bring a unique dish (that you make or buy) and share the recipe as well.  Perhaps you have a spice or ingredient in your kitchen that makes your dish more tasty.

Time to declutter and bring along an unused treasure for someone else to take home.  Remember you really liked this article once upon a time.

The 2nd Annual Soup Making!

We gathered in a member’s kitchen. In true Jewish Mother and Bubbe style, we cooked together. We divided into 3 groups and each group created a sumptuous soup following a previously chosen recipe. From the finished product, 2 of the soups were divided up and we each took home samples. The third batch was frozen and later devoured at our annual retreat.
